Due to circumstances beyond our control we are relocating and have one superb adult Siberian Husky for adoption.

FOR ADOPTION TO A LOVING FAMILY HOME :

No No's with Siberians:

Open gates (Siberians need to be properly confined or they will run away), off leash excercise outside the gate (Siberians need to be walked on leash as they have been bred to mush = eg. run away from people who are usually behind them on a sled).

Please don't phone me if you are looking for a purebreed, KUSA registered, blue eyed Siberian bitch to breed with. Our adults are looking for a pet home, hence they will be going with spay and neuter agreements.

Adoption costs: 450.-

Advantages of adopting a KUSA registered adult Siberian Husky from Satsanga Kennels:

They are house-trained, leash trained, don't dig anymore, leave your garden and furniture alone and are well socialized with young children. These are all points that require serious committment and training to get right with a little puppy.

If you are interested in a Siberian puppy, please inform yourself of the advantages and especially disadvantages of owning this wonderful breed. Check my links page and read up on the peculiarities and antics of the Siberian Husky, then contact me. All  my puppies go with KUSA registration, are microchipped,  vaccinated  and dewormed. 

All pet puppies, must be neutered or spayed and go with a written contract to that effect.

This is not the breed for everyone. While they are most gorgeous to look at, they have a few peculiar traits that might not necessarily be suitable for every owner. In short, they howl, dig crater sized holes, run away if not kept behind a 6 ft. wall or fence (1.8 m minimum) and are not guard dogs. The disadvantages of this breed, have been the downfall for many Siberians when the future owners do not inform themselves properly.

We're a small kennel and breed only to further our own lines. It is therefore advisable to make contact early, come meet with us if local, meet sire and dam of the planned litter and if you like what you see and this is the breed for you, you can secure yourself a pup from this gorgeous litter by filling out a booking form.
